Here’s your chance to own a nice period-correct example that has been in the private collection of Dave & Tommra Kiesow for the past 20 years. The motor is stamped with serial number 68CR-8-001, with a factory rigid frame from 1970. Sprints won numerous Nationals & Sportsman events in the mid-60s. National stars chose to race Sprints, including Carrol Resweber, Bart Markel, Ronnie Rall, Dave Atherton, and Mark Brelsford. This bike is featured in Doug Mitchel’s book, Motorcycle Classics.

The winner of the drawing will also receive a copy of the book. According to Mitchel, no more than 50 CR250’s were built in any year between 1966 and 1970, making them a favorite choice of vintage race-bike collectors.
