I tore my ACL, had a tibia plateau fracture, damaged my meniscus and ruptured my knee capsule while riding my dirt bike in November. I got surgery February 6th in Florida to make the repairs. It’s going to be a 6-9 month recovery. I have health insurance but the cost I needed to cover for surgery was almost $6,000 with $85 every time I go to physical therapy therapy, not including my MRI’s and medication. PT is recommended three times a week for a few months. On top of everything else, we’re expecting a new baby boy in a few weeks, so having everything happen at once makes it tougher.
All proceeds will go to Cory Texter.
